Is this going to be a series?

I haven't had the opportunity of meeting Oscar yet, but he sounds like my type of fictional detective :)

The description really enticed because that’s exactly what I’m looking for in a mystery novel - a main character that guides me through the narrative, pointing out clues and allowing me the chance of figuring it out by myself… which I don’t always manage :D

So, is this Mr. Oscar’s origin story?

Thanks for your feedback and questions. Rayne - yes, I've already written several more Oscar Tremont short stories and am working on the first novel. Tudor - not really an "origin story"...this is a collection of four mysteries. Oscar has already been working as a private investigator, so the reader is plunged straight into the action. The plan is to provide further glimpses into his personal history and family secrets with each new adventure. The biggest change in later mysteries is that Oscar and his French wife, Louise, move to Brittany. I believe he is literature's first Australian PI living in Brittany! Priscilla - he assures me he's looking forward to making your acquaintance. Krystal - thanks...tomorrow's the official launch! I'm glad you're all joining me on this adventure!
